3) IF WE GET TO YOUR HIRE ADDRESS AND THERE IS NO ANSWER THERE IS A CHARGE FOR RETURNING OF £10.00.
4) WE FOLLOW A ROUTE PLANNER TO GET ALL EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AND SET UP FOR 12 PM.
5) CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE INFLATABLE/OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT HIRED.
6) THE HIRER IS THE PERSON/PERSONS WHO HAVE HIRED THE EQUIPMENT FROM PK BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE WIRRAL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USERS AND THE EQUIPMENT.
7) DELIVERY TIMES FOR NORMAL HOME DELIVERIES WILL BE BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
8) THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL ONLY LET YOU BOOK FROM 12 PM.
9) WE DO START DELIVERING AT 7 AM SO PLEASE BE READY FOR DELIVERY.
10) IF YOU HAVE AN EXTENSION LEAD PLEASE HAVE THIS OUT READY.
11) PICK UP TIMES WILL BE BETWEEN 5 PM AND 9 PM.
12) THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU SELECT A PICK UP TIME LATER THAN 5 PM.
13) IF YOUR NEEDING THE INFLATABLE OR EQUIPMENT LATER THAN 5 PM PLEASE ADD OVERNIGHT STAY.
14) OVERNIGHT STAY IS PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
