360 Photo Booth – Important Hire Information

Payment: Full payment is required within 24 hours of placing your booking to secure this item. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Hire period: This package includes two hours of 360 Photo Booth use. Please confirm your required start time and venue access arrangements when booking.

Venue requirements: A suitable, level, dry area with sufficient clearance for the rotating camera arm and access to a suitable electrical socket is required.

Safe use: Guests must follow all instructions provided by our team. Keep the platform and surrounding area clear of food, drinks and other obstructions. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Damage and responsibility: The hirer is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by themselves, their guests or other attendees through misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions during the hire. Reasonable repair costs, or replacement costs where repair is not possible, will be charged to the hirer. This excludes fair wear and tear, equipment faults and damage caused by our team.

Equipment handling: Only PG Bouncy Castle Hire staff may move, adjust or reconnect the equipment. Please report any fault or damage immediately and stop using the booth until our team advises it is safe to continue.
